Returns & Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The customer must cover the cost of postage. Returns should be sent to:

Please check any received items immediately upon receipt of the delivery. If you have received your item and found it damaged or not to be as ordered, you must inform us immediately. In this case, you may return the item to us within 14 days of the date of delivery. The item(s) must be in its original condition, with all packaging materials intact. Items meeting these requirements will receive a full refund, minus any shipping or collection fees. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if products are received not in accordance with these requirements.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
